Coaching Sessions

Coaching consists of a series of hour long sessions, usually 5, where we use probing questions to help you decide what you want to do.

It is not for everyone so before starting we recommend that you book a Free 20 minute taster session.  After that we can go onto the coaching itself.

Probing questions such as how, why, what etc are designed to make you think, break each topic down into manageable bits and give you a way ahead.  By the end of the sessions you will have decided on a clear way forward.

How does it work?

Sessions can either be Face to Face, by phone or through Skype whichever you prefer and is the most practical.  Being based in Durham opportunities for face to face meetings are limited unless travel time and expenses are added to the package.

Telephone and skype sessions are not limited by distance or time zone so are much more flexible.

What is the Cost?

Firstly we recommend that you take advantage of the FREE 20 minute taster session.

A typical Coaching package consists of 4 hour long sessions costing £300 with a 5th Free bonus session at the end.

Between the sessions you can have unlimited FREE support by email. Email is best as I am not always available to answer the phone and they always get a reply.  It also gives you time to think through what you want to say which is an important part of the coaching process.  We will follow up on your enquiries during the next session.

Sessions contain these features:

  1. one-to-one - involving a coach and coachee
  2. on-going and regular - happens over a number of sessions
  3. personalised - to the individual
  4. enabling - rather than prescriptive or imposed
  5. adapted and adaptable - to the changing needs of the coachee
  6. focused on goals - we normally work towards achieving agreed measurable outcomes or targets
